Please scroll down for English

Mirisni, neodoljivi keksići koje jednom kad probate poželećete to ponovo

Sastojci

125 g slanog maslaca

100 g šećera

1 jaje

150 g brašna

1/2 kašiciče sode bikarbone

ribana korica 1 naranče

50 g bele cokolade

Priprema

1. Omekšali maslac i šećer mutiti mikserom minut-dva pa dodati narancinu koricu, jaje i mutiti jos 30ak sekundi. Prosijati zajedno brašno i sodu, cokoladu iseckati na sitne kockice i sve zajedno sjediniti, oblikuvati u kugu, podeliti na dva dela.

White Chocolate Cookies

Delicious chocolate cookies

Ingredients

125 g salted butter, softened

100 g caster sugar

grated zest of 1 unwaxed orange

1 medium egg yolk

150 g self-raising flour

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

50 g white chocolate, chopped

Method

1. Put the butter, sugar and orange zest in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric hand-held mixer on slow speed for 1 minute. Add the egg yolk, then beat for about 30 seconds longer.

2. Sift in the flour and bicarbonate of soda and work everything together into a dough, using a wooden spoon then stir in the chocolate.

3. Divide the dough in half, shape each piece into a rough log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Roll them into balls, place them on a prepared baking tray, pressing them down slightly. Also make sure to space them well apart, as they will double in size and chill for 1 hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake in the top part of the oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Tip

If you don't want to bake all the cookies at once, you can keep the dough balls in the fridge, wrapped in clingfilm for up to 5 days. Alternatively, freeze them for up to 2 months.

ENJOY!
