Super smuti sa Baobab prahom, hranjivo voće citrusnog okusa koje raste na afričkom 'Drvetu života'


Super healthy smoothy recipe


Sastojci

1 banana

6-7 jagoda

1 kašika kupina

1 kašika borovnica

1 kašika sjemenki nara

1 štapić celera

pola jabuke

šaka zelja

komadić dumbira

malo meda

1 kašika sušenog belog duda

1 kašikica organik Baobab praha


Priprema

1. Sve staviti u blender, miksati 20ak sekundi i poslužiti. Ukus je tako prefin, volim što i ovde kao i mnogim drugim smutijima uvek dobijete neke fine ukuse. Ovaj mi se posebno svideo pa sam požurila zapisati šta sam sve ubacila.


Savet

Danas sam imala frisku bananu, zelje, nar, dumbir, jabuku i celer a sve drugo je bilo iz zamrzivača. Ostalo mi je još malo zelja, nara i celera pa sam i to spremila u zamrzivac kako bi mi bila na dohvat ruke za još po koju čašu ove divotice.

"Delicious and Nutritious Smoothie Recipes to Supercharge Your Day"

Ingredients

1 banana

6-7 strawberries

1 tbsp of blackberries

1 tbsp of blueberries

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

1 stick of celery

half an apple

a handful of spring greens

a piece of ginger

1 tsp of honey

1 tbsp dried white mulberries

1 teaspoon of organic Baobab powder


Method

1. Put everything in a blender, mix for about 20 seconds and serve. The taste is so delicious, I love that here, like many other smoothies, you always get some nice flavors. I particularly liked this one, so I hastened to write down what I had put in.


Good to know

Baobab is a nutritious fruit with a citrusy flavour that grows on the African 'Tree of Life'. The baobab fruit is minimally processed; the seeds are removed and the fruit is simply sieved to create a natural powder.
