Prepustite se bogatim okusima domaće kafe i likera od ružmarina
Neodoljivi mirisi i prefini ukusi!
Potrebno
7 dcl roze vina
3 dcl crnog vina
250g šećera
25 zrna kafe
2 grančice ružmarina
Priprema
1. Ružmarin odvojiti od grančica ili još bolje ako su zdrave staviti sve zajedno, kako želite. A zatim sve sastojke staviti u dublju teglu sa poklopcem, dobro izmesati, zatvoriti i ostaviti da stoji 20 dana. Prvih nekoliko dana promešati da se šećer lakše topi.
2. Nakon 20 dana, procediti liker u čistu flašu, rashladiti i poslužiti.
Savet
Odaberite svježe grančice ružmarina, isto tako odaberite i najfinija zrna kave. Okus likera bit će daleko ukusniji.

Coffee & Rosemary Liqueur
Using the freshest sprigs of rosemary, and the finest coffee beans, your liqueur will be much more delicious
You will need
700ml rosa wine
300ml red wine
250g granulated sugar
25 coffee beans
2 sprigs of rosemary
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a tall glass jar with the lid and mix it together. Close the jar and leave it in a dark place, for the first few days stir it with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves. The liqueur has to stay like this for 20 days, after this it has to go through the strainer and it will be ready to drink.
