Keksi od Kristaliziranog Ðumbira/Chewy Cinnamon Cookies

Meki iznutra a blago hrskavi izvana, puni mirisa i okusa


Sastojci

(m.k.)=mala kašika

200 g glatkog brašna

1 m.k praška za pecivo

1 m.k sode bikarbone

1/2 m.k soli

80 g smeđeg šećera

2 m.k đumbira

1 m.k cimeta

1/2 m.k muskatng oraščića

125 g ovsene (zobene) pahuljice

50 g belih čokoladnih kapljica

50 g kristaliziranog đumbira


Jos je potrebno

1 tegla od 1 litre


Ako keksiće pravite, također vam je potrebno

100 g neslanog maslaca

100 g tamnog crnog sirupa za kolače

75 g meda

1 srednje jaje


Punjenje tegle

1. Slagati redove sastojaka, jedno na drugo, po redu kako su napisani, vodeći računa da svaki red uredno i jednako poravnate i malo poravnate kašikom da bi se svi sastojci složili i stali u teglu.

1 - brašno, prašak za pecivo, soda bikarbona i so

2 - šećer

3 - začini

4 - zobene pahuljice

5 - čokolane kapljice

6 - đumbir, sitno iseckan


2. Ako kekse poklanjate, instrukcije kako ih napraviti, napisati na papir i povezati ga uz teglu.

Da napravite ove keksiće potrebno vam je;

100 g neslanog maslaca, 100 tamnog crnog sirupa za kolače, 75 g meda, 1 srednje jaje. U veću šerpu stavit maslac, sirup i med, mesati na laganoj vatri da se sjedini. Ostaviti oko 5 minuta da se ohladi zatim istresti sastojke iz tegle, dodati razmućeno jaje i sve sjediniti. Vlažnim rukama praviti loptice,otprilike veličine orasa u ljusci, slagati na pleh koji je predhodno obložen papirom za pečenje. Ostaviti u frizider 20ak minuta. Zagrijati rernu na 180C, peći kekse 10 minuta ili dok se pojave pukotine na površini keksića. Ostaviti ih u plehu 5 minuta, zatim ih prebaciti na žicu da se skroz ohlade.


 

Chewy Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients

200 g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/2 tsp salt

80 g soft brown sugar

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

125 g rolled oats

50 g white chocolate chips

50 g crystallised ginger, finely chopped


You will need

a 1-litre jar


If making the cookies for your self, you will also need

100 g unsalted butter

100 g black treacle

75 g golden syrup

1 medium egg, lightly beaten


To make a layered jar

Pack each layer down tightly into a jar.

1 - flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt

2 - sugar

3 - spices

4 - oats

5 - chocolate chips

6 - crystallised ginger



Make a label giving the following instruction;

You will need: 100 g unsalted butter, 100 g black treacle, 75 g golden syrup, 1 medium egg

Over a low heat melt butter, treacle and golden syrup together until combined. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then tip the contents of the jar into the saucepan and mix together with the egg until combined. Take a spoonful of the dough, using palms of your hands roll them into small balls and place on lined baking trays well apart from each other. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 180 C, bake for 10 minutes, until the surface has cracked. Leave to cool for 5 minutes on the trays, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
