What is a Lamington?
A lamington is traditionally made from a vanilla sponge cake, coated in a chocolate sauce, and then rolled in desiccated coconut.
These tasty treats will please party guests of any age! The scrumptious little bites are packed in a postal box of 6, 9, or 12. Each lamington is approx. 4.5cm x 4cm.
Lamingtons are freshly made to order and sent via Royal Mail, Tracked 24. Delivery only available for UK mainland addresses, or collection from Basildon. For more information, contact us at smikiscorner@gmail.com
