No-Bake Chia, Carob & Chocolate Bites /Chia, Čokoladne Kuglice od Rogača

This recipe is a lead on from my previously posted Lamington recipe; you can use the leftovers chocolate sauce & coconut and a few extra ingredients to make these scrumptious little bites!

Why throw away leftovers that could be re-used in a fun way

Ingredients

1 tbsp chia seeds

70g desiccated coconut

70g ground almond

50g raisins & cranberries

1 tbsp carob

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon zest


For Coating

30g ground almond


Method

1. Add the chia seeds while the chocolate is still warm, and leave for a minute or two to soak. Then, add in all the ingredients and mix well. At this point the mixture will be soft, so you can leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes or so to make it easier to roll.


2. Using your hands, roll roughly a teaspoon of the mixture into balls. Coat with the extra almond and leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then enjoy!

Chia, Čokoladne Kuglice od Rogača


 

Super jednostavne i brze kuglice nastale su iz mog prethodno objavljenog recepta za Kokos Štanglice; u kojem će vam ostati otprilike 200g ili 150ml čokoladnog sosa i još ako upotrebimo onaj prostali kokos u kojeg smo valjali kocke i tome dodamo još nekoliko sastojaka i dobijemo ove neodoljivo mirisne zalogaje. Divota!



Sastojci

150ml čokoladnog sosa

1 kašika chia semenki

70g kokosa *

70g badema

50g grožđica i brusnica

1 kašika rogača

1 kašičica cimeta

1 kašičica limunove korice


Za Valjanje Kuglica

30g mljevenih badema


Priprema

1. Dodati chia semenke u čokoladni sos dok je jo mlak i ostaviti minut-dva da nabubre. Zatim dodati sve ostale sastojke i dobro izmešati. Smesa će biti mekša, staviti je u frizider na 10-ak minuta lakše će se oblikovale.


2. Malom kašikom uzimati smjesu i oblikovati u kuglice. Uvaljati ih u mljevene bademom i ostavite da se hlade u frižideru 30-ak minuta, pa uživajte!


Savjet

* Iskoristila sam kokos koji mi je ostao od Kokosovih Štanglica, (oko 70g) tako da možete dodati više ili manje da biste dobili smesu koja se fino oblikuje.
